Join us as we welcome Emmanuel Lemoine, Perrin Family Wine Export Director, for a very special dinner featuring the exquisite wines of Chateau de Beaucastel.

On Wednesday, February 23rd, we will travel back in time to the days of the classic cuisine. We will revisit an Escoffier original in the form of Sole Veronique and Chef Ramos will make his version of beef Wellington, an old school classic that survived the test of time.
