We are excited to announce our Fall dinner series, featuring five delicious dinners.
We will start our Fall journey at the Pacific Northwest.
Chef Jason Ramos will be sourcing ingredients from a region known for its abundance of wild offering – think wild seafood, wild mushrooms and wild plants.
Sean Sullivan, our sommelier, will be pairing each course with wines from the Pacific Northwest, a region taking advantage of it’s cooler climate to produce world class pinot noirs and chardonnays among other varietals.
