Classic Cuisine Dinner – SOLD OUT!

Did you ever close your eyes and found yourself reminiscing about the “good old days” when the world felt bigger, and life was simpler, when kids played in the streets until dark, and more butter was better?

Executive Chef, Jason Ramos, recently had the culinary version of that experience, and the result was a dinner idea.

On Wednesday, February 23rd, we will bring his idea to life and travel back in time to the days of the classic cuisine. We will revisit an Escoffier original in the form of Sole Veronique and Chef Ramos will make his version of beef Wellington, an old school classic that survived the test of time.

Our Pastry Chef, Katherine King, will bring back to life a dessert classic with origins in the 17th and 18th centuries, and make a Floating Island, a dessert that was brought back to popularity, with the help of Julia Childs, in the 1960’s.
