Sake Dinner

We are happy to announce our second Sake dinner, and welcome back Sake Samurai, Ms. Monika Samuels to share some of the rich world of sake with us again.

Sake has been enjoyed in Japan for over 1,300 years, and while mostly known in the west as wine made of rice, it is actually produced in a brewing process similar to the brewing of beer.

Join us on Wednesday, April 10th, as Ms. Samuels guides us thorough five different Sakes, while educating us about this fascinating beverage, and possibly setting straight a few misconceptions about Sake along the way.

Ms. Samuels was recognized as a “Sake Samurai” by the Japan Sake Brewer’s Association in 2017, and with a grandfather that worked as a Sake brewer, Sake is an integral part of her DNA.

Executive Chef, Jason Ramos, had a great time pairing his food with Sake at our first Sake dinner, and is looking forward to doing it again.
