The Joseph Phelps Vineyards story starts in the early 1970’s. When Joe Phelps first came to Napa Valley, it was a sleepy agricultural town. Mr. Phelps, together with Joe Heitz, Robert Mondavi, Louis Martini and others, help turn Napa Valley into the world renowned wine region it is today.
Join us on Thursday, April 25th as we welcome Mr. Andre Reid, Manager, Commercial Wines, for Joseph Phelps Vineyards.
Mr. Reid will share with us the rich history of the Phelps family in Napa Valley and guide us though a five course dinner during which we will sample seven wines from the Joseph Phelps portfolio, including three(!) vintages of Napa Valley’s original Meritage, the iconic, Insignia.
