Last year we went on a tour of the Italian hillsides and valleys lesser known to the average wine drinker. We introduced the guests who joined us that evening to new growing regions they have not heard of previously, and to some new grape varietals. And the response was overwhelmingly positive. So much so, that we decided to take another trip to Italy, and explore some more lesser know wines from this land that we all associate with great food and wine.
Expect to taste new grape varietals such as Pigato from Liguria, Falanghina from Campania and more.
So, join us on Wednesday, October 25th, and explore an array of hidden gems from across Italy. Sommelier Sean Price has selected wines that display the true terroir of their respective regions, and are incredibly food friendly, and Executive Chef Jason Ramos has created a menu to perfectly pair with those wines.
