California is responsible for 80% of the total wine production in the united states, and while we love California, it’s wines will only represent 40% of the wines served at this upcoming dinner as we think there is more to American wines than just California.
So, join us for this celebration of domestic wines as we visit Oregon, Washington State, New York State, and yes, California and showcase great winemaking from the land of the free!
The wines for the dinner were carefully selected by Sean Price, our sommelier, and will be paired with a menu composed by executive chef Jason Ramos and his team.
