Tal Itzhaki is Director of Operations for Pluckemin Inn. He has been with the restaurant since its opening in 2005, and is responsible for overseeing operations at the restaurant. Prior to opening Pluckemin Inn, he spent five years in various management positions for the Hilton Short Hills in the Dining Room (then the only 5 Diamond-rated restaurant in New Jersey,) Retreat Bar and Terrace Restaurant. He began his career abroad working for Dan Hotels and Keren Restaurant, both in Tel Aviv. Tal earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the prestigious program at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.
