Our blind tasting workshop is designed not to demonstrate how hard it is to taste wines blindly, but to give you the tools to become a more conscientious wine taster/drinker. We will learn to identify signs that can help us determine whether the wine's origin (new world vs old world), is it from a cool climate or warm climate, is it young or aged and much more.
