Join us for a dinner celebrating the elusive and exquisite morel mushrooms. If you are not yet familiar with morel mushrooms, you have been missing out. This unique mushroom, more closely related to truffles than to other mushrooms, offers an incredible depth of flavor and wonderful texture.
Executive Chef, Jason Ramos, crafted a mouthwatering five course menu with each course celebrating the complex flavors of morels. Morels will even make an appearance in Pastry Chef’s Katherine King’s dessert!
As always, Sommelier Sean Price will pair every course with a perfect glass of wine, to compete the experience.
