Rioja may be the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about Spanish wines, but Spain, the third largest wine producing country in the world, has so much more to offer.
Join us on Wednesday, July 24th, as we take a trip to Spain and explore some of the lesser known wine regions of the country.
During the dinner we will visit Cava, Rueda, Rias Baixas and more.
Each wine we will serve was selected by Sommelier Sean Price as an expression of it’s respective growing region. To highlight the wine, Executive Chef Jason Ramos with Sous Chef Jacob Velazquez created a menu that will put you in the mood for flamenco.
