Under-the-Radar Wine Dinner

Join us for a one-of-a-kind wine dinner where we’ll be pouring some under the radar gems from lesser-known wine regions and unique grape varietals you probably haven’t tried before—but absolutely should. Expect to sip on Sauvignon ‘Voglar’, a crisp and aromatic white from Alto Adige that will have you wondering why it’s not more famous, alongside the bold yet smooth Mercury, a red wine from a lesser known village in Burgundy by the same name, that brings depth and character with every sip. And, of course, no great meal is complete without a bit of bubbly, so we’re popping bottles of Crémant d’Alsace—a French sparkling wine that rivals Champagne but with its own unique flair.

Executive Chef Jason Ramos loved working with these food friendly wines and created a menu that, alongside the wines, will make for an evening of discovery, delicious food, and great company.
