We are thrilled to have the opportunity of hosting a dinner with Mr. Thibault Liger-Belair, winemaker and owner of Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair.
Located in the village of Nuits Saint Georges in Burgundy, winemaking has been in the Liger-Belair family for over 300 years, going back to 1720. In 2001, Thibault took over the helm of the family’s wine business and created Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair.
Mr. Liger-Belair will guide us through a tasting of seven of his exquisite wines, including the 2017 & 2019 Nuits Saint Georges, 1er cru, Les Saint George – the unofficial Grand Cru of Nuits Saint George.
Executive Chef Jason Ramos, has put together a menu to perfectly pair with the wines, and showcase their quality.
