In our fifth class of our wine education series we will focus our attention on the popular Sauvignon Blanc.
Sauvignon Blanc is a white grape that shines in many regions around the world, from it’s original birthplace of Bordeaux to Sancerre, Italy and New Zealand, it is second in popularity among white wines only to Chardonnay.
Join us as Sean serves four Sauvignon Blancs from four different growing regions around the world and helps us understand how climate, terroir and winemaking styles can create a different result, despite using the same basic grape.
Class will be intimate in nature to allow attendees the opportunity to ask questions, engage and learn as much as possible from each class.
