Navigating Red Burgundy – Wine Class with Sommelier Sean Price – Sold Out (waitlist available)

We are thrilled to introduce a new and exciting wine education series featuring our sommelier, Sean Price.

Our fourth class of the series will take us to one of the most renowned wine making regions in the world – Burgundy, where we will take a closer look at the red wines produced in the region.

While almost all red Burgundies are made of 100% Pinot Noir, this winemaking region is one of the more complex in the world. Sean will cover some of the history of winemaking in Burgundy, and will help us learn how to identify the different classifications of red Burgundy. Sean will also go over the rigorous winemaking process in the region and guide us through a tasting of several examples of red Burgundy. Light hors d’oeuvres prepared by our Executive Chef, Jason Ramos, and his team will accompany the wines we will taste during the class.

Class will be intimate in nature to allow attendees the opportunity to ask questions, engage and learn as much as possible from each class.
