Portuguese Dinner – Friday, July 29

While our Executive Chef Andrew Lattanzio’s last name may be Italian,  his Mom was born in Portugal. Just back from a two week family trip there and inspired by the authentic, traditional fare he experienced, Andrew has put together a beautiful menu steeped in the traditions of Portugal, balanced with his own creative touch.

Perhaps best known for Port and Madeira, Portugal also has a wide range of beautiful dry red and white wines that fly somewhat under the radar here in the States. In addition to Chef Lattanzio’s cuisine, the wine team will be pairing each course with wines chosen to bring a little of the Portuguese countryside to the Inn, and we hope you will join us for what should be a most enjoyable evening!
