If there is a single name that defines Provence rosé, it is Ott. Since 1896, when Marcel Ott first planted vines along the sun-drenched coastline of the Côte de Provence, Domaines Ott has been synonymous with the very idea that rosé is not a compromise but a calling, wines of precision, elegance, and a sense of place unlike anything else in the world.

On Thursday, June 11th, we invite you to explore the full breadth of this legendary estate with a five-course, wine-paired dinner built around some of the most iconic bottles in their portfolio.

Joining us for the evening is M. Christophe Renard, Brand Ambassador for Domaines Ott, who will be on hand to share the stories behind the wines and make the night that much more memorable.

The lineup for the evening moves from the bright and breezy 2025 BY.OTT through the celebrated Clos Mireille and an intriguing side-by-side of Château Romassan and Château de Selle rosés, before turning to the Château Romassan Rouge to prove that Ott does red just as well. The 2023 Étoile Rosé closes the evening on a fittingly luminous note.
