America’s 250th Anniversary Dinner

On July 4th, 1776, a new nation announced itself to the world. Two hundred and fifty years later, the American story, told in its farms, its kitchens, and its vineyards, is richer and more remarkable than ever. On Wednesday, June 24th, Pluckemin Inn invites you to raise a glass to all of it with a special five-course dinner celebrating the 250th anniversary of American independence, paired with the finest wines and craft beers the United States has to offer.
Executive Chef Jason Ramos and Pastry Chef Katherine King have built a menu that reads like a love letter to American cuisine. From a New England Lobster Boil to a 28-Day Dry Aged Sirloin with crab imperial crust, and a Bomb Pop Semi Freddo that brings the whole evening home, every course reflects the breadth and ambition of this country’s culinary traditions. The wines are equally American in spirit: Kosta Browne Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley, Paloma Merlot from Spring Mountain, and a Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa’s Oakville Ranch anchor a lineup that stretches from coast to coast. The full menu and wine selections are available HERE.
Dinner is priced at $250 per person. Seating is limited, and reservations are required. Secure your place at the table HERE, or by calling us at 908.658.9292. We look forward to welcoming you on June 24th.
