Cristom Vineyards Wine Pairing Dinner with Winemaker/Partner Steve Doerner

Please join us for an intimate wine pairing dinner featuring wines from Oregon’s Cristom Vineyards with special guest Steve Doerner, winemaker and partner at Cristom Vineyards. This is one of our favorite Oregon wineries, producing classic, elegant wines that capture the terroir and character of Oregon’s unique soils and climate. They are consistently among the top rated wineries in Oregon, as witnessed by the high praise they get from the critics. In 2012 Cristom was named Winery of the Year for the second year in a row by Wine and Spirits magazine.

Steve will guide us through a selection of wines which will include the 2014 Pinot Gris, Mount Jefferson Cuvee Pinot Noir, and the single vineyard Eileen, Louise and Jessie Pinot Noirs from the 2013 vintage. The wines will be paired with a menu specifically created by Executive Chef Andrew Lattanzio to compliment the wines.
