Winter Dinner Series – The Four Elements (new date added!)

Join us in our cozy dining room, as we explore how the four elements of nature (and fog) are an integral part of the wine making process.
Our sommelier, Sean Sullivan, selected some exciting wines from some of the best wine growing regions, including the Rhone Valley and Bordeaux, and some less known as the Aosta Valley (pictured here) in northern Italy to demonstrate the effect of these forces of nature on the final product we swirl in our glasses.
Wine alone is not enough, so Executive Chef, Jason Ramos, created a menu to compliment the wines, and bring the best out of them.
As the first date for this dinner sold out quickly, we have decided to add a second date, and allow more of you to enjoy this unique wine dinner.
If you prefer to enjoy this dinner at the comfort of your own home, make sure to order no later then Saturday, 2/20/21 and we will have it ready for you to pick up between 5pm-5:30pm on the day of the dinner (available on both 2/24 & 2/25).
