Rhone Wine Dinner with John Junguenet

Join us for an evening with John Junguenet, one of the top importers of family owned artisan wineries from the Rhone region of France. The company was founded by John’s father Alain in 1983, often referred to as “Monsieur  Châteauneuf du Pape” for his instrumental role in introducing the wines of the Southern Rhone to American wine lovers.

Sadly Alain passed away last fall after a battle with Parkinson’s, but his son John has been running the family business for some time, ensuring the company’s future. His experience is virtually unmatched, having spent time in the vineyards and cellars of the Rhône since he was a toddler. We are happy to have John (one of our favorite speakers!) back at the Plucky for an evening of great Rhône wines and a delicious menu crafted by Executive Chef Jason Ramos to match.
