Join us on Thursday, February 27th as we put front and center one of the most popular and versatile grape varietals.
While mostly associated with the Burgundy region of France, Pinot Noir is grown, in mostly cooler climates, around the world. Like most good things, making wine out of Pinot Noir grapes is not easy. The pinot noir grapes are known to be very difficult to cultivate, and require careful handling by an expert winemaker.
During the dinner we will be serving pinot noir as a white sparkling wine, a rose and three expressions of red wine – one from Burgundy, one from Oregon and one from Italy.
Executive chef, Jason Ramos, and his team created a menu to perfectly complement the wines pairing it with duck confit, veal shank and more.
