Join us for an evening of superb wines from Sonoma’s Peay Vineyards, one of the hottest wineries on the cool Sonoma Coast. Special guest Andy Peay will guide us through the wines and this incredible terroir on the Sonoma Coast. Almost more Burgundian than classically Californian in style (or Rhone-like in the case of the Syrahs), Peay wines are known for their beautifully delineated fruit tones, focused precision, fresh acidity, moderate alcohol, and their ability to age. We will pair selections of their Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs and Syrahs with a menu crafted by Executive Chef Andrew Lattanzio.
