New Jerseyan are strong-minded, opinionated people who may not agree on much (pork roll or taylor ham? is there a Central Jersey? Bon Jovi or the Boss? Should pumping your own gas be legal?) but we ALL agree that New Jersey has the best tomatoes in the union!

We make sure to eat as many of them as we can while they last, and we wanted to share our love for them with you through a special five-course, wine-paired dinner dedicated to this colorful, juicy, full-flavored fruit.
