Almost every wine producing country in the world produces a sparkling wine, but there is only one region in the world that can call their sparkling wine Champagne.
In this masterclass we will visit this world renowned wine region and learn what makes this region, and the wines it produces so special. We will cover the different grape varietals used in Champagne, what makes the Champagne wine making process different from any other wine (including other sparkling wines) and get a better understanding to why Champagne tends to be pricier than still wines.
Sean will guide us through the class while pouring four different Champagnes of varying styles. Be prepared to taste some VERY special wines in this class.
As in all of our masterclasses, this class will be intimate in nature (no more than 20 attendees) to allow participants the opportunity to ask questions, engage and learn as much as possible from each class.
