Most of us associate Champagne with a celebration, a toast, an aperitif before seating down for dinner. But there is so much more to this very special wine. It is a surprisingly versatile wine, that can accompany a meal from start to finish, and hold it’s own next to a wide range of flavors.
So join Sommelier Sean Sullivan and Executive Chef Jason Ramos, as they remind us all that we should pair Champagne with dinner more often.
