Deep Dive Into Chablis – Wine Class with Sommelier Sean Price

We are thrilled to introduce a new and exciting wine education series featuring our sommelier, Sean Price.
Our second class of the series will focus on an all time classic: Chablis. We will learn what makes Chablis different from other white Burgundies, the winemaking process and the importance of the soil composition in the overall flavor of the wine. We will taste Chablis of three different designations including a Premier Cru and a Grand Cru. Light hors d’oeuvres prepared by our Executive Chef, Jason Ramos, and his team will be served during the class.
Class will be intimate in nature to allow attendees the opportunity to ask questions, engage and learn as much as possible from each class.
