Continuum Estate Dinner with Carissa Mondavi

Continuum Estate was founded in 2005 by Tim and Marcia Mondavi with a singular vision: to create a Napa Valley wine that stands among the world’s finest. Perched on Pritchard Hill at elevations between 1,300 and 1,600 feet, the estate produces wines of uncommon structure and complexity from a single, uncompromising proprietary red blend — the culmination of four generations of Mondavi family winemaking.

On Thursday, April 16th, Carissa Mondavi, granddaughter of the legendary Robert Mondavi will join us for a dinner celebrating the Continuum Estate. Carissa is deeply involved in the estate’s day-to-day operations and is one of its most passionate ambassadors, traveling widely to share these wines with the world. Sitting down with Carissa is an experience unto itself – she brings not only an encyclopedic knowledge of every vintage in the lineup, but the kind of personal storytelling that only someone raised inside one of wine’s great family legacies can offer. This is a rare and intimate opportunity to connect with Continuum at its source.

Executive Chef Jason Ramos and his team have crafted a five-course menu paired with five wines spanning the full Continuum portfolio: the Sentium Sauvignon Blanc 2023, the Novicium Proprietary Red 2018, and three vintages of the flagship Continuum — 2014, 2019, and 2022 offering a window into how this estate expresses itself across multiple years.
