Truffles and Caviar are synonyms of luxury and celebration, and as such, we found them to be appropriate ingredients for the first dinner of the year. More so this year, as we are getting ready to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

Join us as we kick off this very special year, with a very special dinner. Our culinary team, led by executive chef Jason Ramos, put together an incredible menu incorporating luxury to every bite.

Sommelier Sean Price, paired each course with a perfect glass of wine and our bartending team mixed a perfectly balanced cocktail to accompany pastry chef’s Katherine King’s dessert.
