Some wines don’t need any introduction, and Opus One is certainly at the top of that list.
On Wednesday, March 8th, we will be hosting our annual Opus One Dinner. France Posener, Eastern States Division Manager for Opus One, will guide us through the 2019 vintage, the most recent release of this world class wine, along side two additional vintages of Opus and the NV Overture by Opus One.
While the wine will undoubtedly take center stage, the menu created by Executive Chef, Jason Ramos, will be just as exciting.
