Wild Game Dinner

From squab and wood pigeon, to Scottish hare and venison, Executive Chef Jason Ramos has put together an exciting menu guaranteed to satisfy any wild game lover. Each course will be paired with the perfect glass of wine, carefully selected by Sommelier Sean Sullivan.
