DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to introduce a new and exciting wine education series featuring our sommelier\, Sean Price. \nOur fourth class of the series will take us to one of the most renowned wine making regions in the world – Burgundy\, where we will take a closer look at the red wines produced in the region. \nWhile almost all red Burgundies are made of 100% Pinot Noir\, this winemaking region is one of the more complex in the world. Sean will cover some of the history of winemaking in Burgundy\, and will help us learn how to identify the different classifications of red Burgundy. Sean will also go over the rigorous winemaking process in the region and guide us through a tasting of several examples of red Burgundy. Light hors d’oeuvres prepared by our Executive Chef\, Jason Ramos\, and his team will accompany the wines we will taste during the class. \nClass will be intimate in nature to allow attendees the opportunity to ask questions\, engage and learn as much as possible from each class. \nFor reservations\, call: 908.658.9292

SUMMARY:Feast of San Gennaro Dinner
DESCRIPTION:Our Feast of San Gennaro has become an annual tradition\, and we are always excited for that dinner. \nIt may have something to do with the fact that Mrs. Gloria LaGrassa\, the owner of the Pluckemin Inn\, is of Italian heritage\, or maybe because\, well… how can you NOT love Italian food\, but regardless\, if there is an opportunity to celebrate it with our guests\, you can count on us that we will. \nThe Feast of San Gennaro is nearly a century old tradition that started along Manhattan’s Mulberry street in 1926 with Italian immigrants from Naples celebrating Saint Januarius\, the patron saint of Naples. \nAs with most Italian traditions\, food took center stage\, and food (and wine) is what we will celebrate at this dinner. \nSo join us on Wednesday\, September 25th\, at 7:00pm for an Italian inspired wine paired dinner\, celebrating the delicious cuisine of Naples\, Italy. \nClick HERE for the dinner’s menu.
