SUMMARY:Chateau de Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape Dinner
DESCRIPTION:Chateauneuf du Pape is one of the most well known wine appelations of the Rhone Valley\, and the first to be classified as an AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) in 1935. The region is known for big expressive red wines\, and while 18 grape varieties are allowed in the region\, the three most know are Grenache\, Syrah and Mourvedre. \nJoin us on Thursday\, July 13th at 7pm as we showcase one of the most well known producers from this historic wine region\, Chateau de Beaucastel. \nChateau de Beaucastel has history in the region going back to 1549\, and has been run by the Perrin family for 5 generations. The family has been managing the Chateau under values of absolute respect for the land and terroir\, a biodynamic culture\, and the research of truth\, balance and elegance in their wines. \nWe will be pouring the current release of Chateau de Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape from the 2020 vintage and four older vintages going back to the 2004 vintage. \nA five course meal will be prepared by Executive Chef Jason Ramos and his team to perfectly pair with the wines. \nTo view the full menu and wine selection click HERE.

DESCRIPTION:Join us on Thursday\, November 9th\, as we welcome Johannes & Barbara Selbach of Germany’s renowned Selbach-Oster. \nJohannes and Barbara\, alongside their son\, Sebastian\, manage their vineyards and winery with passion and respect for the estate’s long held traditions. \nMost of the Selbach-Oster vineyards are located on steep\, contiguous slopes that represent some of the most prestigious sites in all of the Middle Mosel.
