DESCRIPTION:Some cuisines never go out of style\, they simply wait for the right moment to shine. On Thursday\, September 10th\, Pluckemin Inn turns its kitchen toward the timeless techniques and flavors of Classical French Cuisine\, an evening built around the dishes that have shaped fine dining as we know it\, and reservations are now open. \nExecutive Chef Jason Ramos and team have been hard at work crafting a menu steeped in tradition\, and we couldn’t resist sharing a few highlights. The evening opens with a lobster and scallop quenelle finished with caviar and a spiced lobster emulsion\, followed by a Parisian gnocchi with escargot fricassee\, chanterelles\, and black truffle. A savory oxtail presse with sauce chasseur rounds out the savory courses\, before Pastry Chef Katherine King closes the evening with a fig and vanilla custard dessert.
