DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to introduce a new and exciting wine education series featuring our sommelier\, Sean Price. \nOur second class of the series will focus on an all time classic: Chablis. We will learn what makes Chablis different from other white Burgundies\, the winemaking process and the importance of the soil composition in the overall flavor of the wine. We will taste Chablis of three different designations including a Premier Cru and a Grand Cru.
