DESCRIPTION:We start our “Tour de France” Wine Seminar Series with a deep dive into the white wines of Burgundy. We will taste up and across the famed vineyards of Puligny-Montrachet as we make our way through the Burgundy hierarchy from Bourgogne Blanc to Grand Cru. By focusing on one village\, one grower\, and one vintage\, we’ll get a first hand experience of how the unique terroirs of this tiny appellation express their incredible nuances through the lens of the Chardonnay grape.
