One of the most popular Champagnes on that list is Champagne Billecart Salmon. So when the opportunity presented itself to offer a dinner featuring this 205 years old Champagne house\, it was a no brainer! \nJoin us on Wednesday\, June 21st at 7:30pm\, as we indulge in a dinner celebrating the great Billecart Salmon Champagne\, and the new release of the 2008 Billecart Salmon Nicolas François. \nIn addition to the 2008 Nicolal François we will also serve the NV Brut Reserve\, the 2013 Extra Brut\, the NV Brut Sous Bois and a special release of the 2010 Rose. \nExecutive chef\, Jason Ramos\, will create a five course menu that promises to excite just as much as the wines served. \nTo view the full menu and wine selection click HERE.
