DESCRIPTION:We are excited to welcome former NJ resident\, turned California winemaker\, David Jeffrey and his Calluna Vineyards wines. \nDavid will guide us through a five course dinner\, with each course paired by one of his Bordeaux style wines. \nSome of the wines we will be tasting during the dinner we will be the Estate Blanc – a sauvignon blanc/semillon blend\, the 2020 Merlot “Aux Raynauds” – an homage to Dr. Alain Raynauds of Chateau Quinault in St. Emilion who taught David much of what he knows about the wines of Bordeaux. We will also serve a couple of vintages of the Estate’s Cabernet Sauvignon going back to the 2014 vintage. \nClick here to view the menu and wine pairing.
