DESCRIPTION:Few experiences in the world of food and wine are more humbling than blind tasting wine. even the most experienced wine enthusiast will often have a hard time guessing correctly what is in a glass of wine tasted blindly. \nOur blind tasting 101 class is designed not to demonstrate how hard it is to taste wines blindly\, but to give you the tools to become a more conscientious wine taster/drinker.  We will learn identify signs that can help us determine whether the wine is an old world or a new world wine\, is it a cool or warm climate wine\, is it young or aged and much more. \nSean will be guiding us through a  tasting of four wines (two white\, and two reds) during the class\, and Executive Chef Jason Ramos will prepare a few snacks to enjoy during the tasting. \nClass will be intimate in nature to allow attendees the opportunity to ask questions\, engage and learn as much as possible from each class. \nFor reservations\, call: 908.658.9292 \n
