DESCRIPTION:Here we are again\, approaching another holiday that will be celebrated just a little bit differently than usual. And with that we have decided to step aside from our own tradition\, and for the first time ever offer a Thanksgiving Dinner from Pluckemin Inn. We will do the cooking\, you will take care of the heating and serving. \nDesigned to feed four hungry food lovers\, the meal will include the following: \n-Roasted turkey breast \n-Roasted turkey leg roulade \n-Maple & sherry glazed sweet potatoes \n-Roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon \n-Sausage & chestnut stuffing with sourdough & herbs \n-Roasted root vegetables with hazelnuts \n-Cranberry marmalade with ginger & orange \n-Gravy \n-Homemade Brioche rolls (4) \n-Pumpkin spice cake with snickerdoodle crunch filling & vanilla Swiss meringue butter cream. \n(Unfortunately\, substitutions are not available) \nPrice: $175.00 \nIn addition to the turkey dinner the following meals will be available to pick up as well (all designed to feed four\, fully cooked and ready-to-heat) \n-Pork Osso Bucco\, castle valley polenta\, roasted root vegetables\, hazelnut\, gremolata – $62 \n-Grilled Chicken\, roasted potatoes\, bacon\, broccoli\, garlic & herb marinade – $59 \n-Grilled Short Ribs\, maple-sherry glazed sweet potatoes\, wild mushrooms\, Brussels sprouts – $62 \n-Pumpkin spice cake with snickerdoodle crunch filling & vanilla Swiss meringue butter cream – $40 \nOrders will be available for pick up on Thursday\, November 26th from 8:30am-1pm \nFood will be fully cooked\, cold\, and ready-to-heat.
