Winter Dinner Series – Southern Italy

Join us as we kick off our Winter Dinner Series with an all time favorite.
Tour the flavors and aromas of Southern Italy without getting on a plane! Our chef Jason Ramos, and Sommelier, Sean Sullivan have put together an amazing meal.
From carpacchio of black bass, to gnochetti with pheasant ragu and porchetta with Sicilian artichoke stew, Chef Ramos is planning a dinner that is sure to satisfy your palate. And when paired with Chianti Classico, Barolo, and Amaro montenegro (among others), you will not want to miss this one.
