Join us as we explore the wines of the Pacific Northwest in a two part Dinner series featuring the wines of Washington and Oregon. We start in Washington State where the number of wineries has boomed in the last couple of decades with the focus on Bordeaux and Rhone varietals.

Executive Chef Kevin LaFemina created a menu inspired by the cuisine of the Pacific Northwest to perfectly pair with the wines.
