Andrew Lattanzio, Executive Chef  

Andrew Lattanzio has taken a childhood love of food and turned it into a distinguished culinary career. Everything he has done in the kitchen has been borne out of a love of flavors and textures. And now, he's leading the culinary team here at the Pluckemin Inn.

After completing his studies at the Culinary Institute of America, Andrew began his career right here in central New Jersey at the Tewksbury Inn. After working his way up to Sous Chef, he took the Executive Chef role on an interim basis. He later left to join the legendary Chef Geoffrey Zakarian at Town in New York City where he was Chef de Partie. He then returned to New Jersey to open Artisan Kitchen in Lebanon, where he received three and a half stars from the Star-Ledger.

Andrew is no stranger to the kitchen at Pluckemin Inn. Prior to assuming the role of Executive Chef, he was Sous Chef for more than two years under Juan Jose Cuevas. His sensibilities and his love of rustic food and simple ingredients will make his ascension to Executive Chef a smooth one. He's already putting the finishing touches on all the menus and will continue to develop them as the seasons progress. He will continue the long-standing relationship with nearby Three Meadows Farm to source the freshest local ingredients.
